Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline how the IAE Academy, Plan it. Do it. Grow it. Membership (“the Membership”) works, what you can expect, and what you agree to when you join.


Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. About the Membership

The IAE Academy membership is run by I am Emily Marketing Ltd.
The Membership provides monthly strategy guidance, accountability support, live sessions, workbooks and access to a private online community.

The Membership is designed for small business owners, solopreneurs and freelancers who want clarity, structure and accountability to grow their business.

 

2. Membership Options & Payments

You can join the Membership in one of two ways:

  • Monthly Subscription: £35 per month, billed automatically every month until cancelled.

  • Annual Payment: £350 per year, billed once annually (equivalent to two months free compared to monthly billing).

All payments are processed securely via the checkout platform.

 

2.1 Automatic Renewal

Both monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
You can cancel at any time (see Section 5).

 

2.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an automated reminder.
If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your access to the Membership may be paused.

 

3. What’s Included

As a member, you will receive:

  • Monthly live strategy session (recorded if you can’t attend)

  • Monthly topic-based workbook

  • Guest expert sessions

  • A private online community for accountability

  • Exclusive discounts, including £100 off in-person Strategy Days

  • Access to the membership platform and resources for as long as your subscription remains active

The exact content and delivery schedule may evolve over time to improve the Membership experience.

 

4. Access to Annie’s Social Media Club (Annual Members Only)

Annual members receive one year of free access to Annie’s Social Media Club.

To activate this bonus, you must tick the consent box at checkout agreeing for your name, email and Facebook profile link/handle to be shared with Annie’s Social Media Club.

IAE Marketing Ltd is not responsible for the content, delivery or management of Annie’s Social Media Club.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time.

 

5.1 Monthly Membership

If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are issued for part-used billing periods.

 

5.2 Annual Membership

Annual plans are non-refundable due to immediate access to the full year of content and bonuses.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the 12-month cycle.

 

6. Refunds

All Membership fees are non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued for monthly or annual plans.

 

7. Behaviour & Community Guidelines

To maintain a supportive and safe environment, members must:

  • Treat others with respect

  • Avoid spam, sales pitches or unsolicited messaging

  • Keep shared information confidential

  • Use the community space responsibly

Anyone who breaches community guidelines may have their membership access revoked without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content inside the Membership — including videos, workbooks, downloads, templates, and session recordings — is the intellectual property of I am Emily Marketing Ltd and must not be shared, reproduced or distributed outside your personal use.

 

9. Disclaimer

The Membership provides guidance, training and support, but results cannot be guaranteed.
Your business outcomes depend on your own decisions, action and implementation.

IAE Marketing Ltd does not provide financial, legal or HR advice.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By joining the Membership, you consent to receiving emails about membership content, updates and related IAE Academy services.

For annual members, your data will be shared with Annie’s Social Media Club only if you opt in at checkout.
